Harith

In teamfights, first use Harith's 2nd Skill to get close to the enemy, then follow up with the Ultimate, and start spamming his 1st and 2nd Skill. Dashing through the Ultimate not only reduces his skill cooldowns, but also allows Harith to get multiple enhanced Basic Attacks from his 2nd Skill.

In the laning phase, approach the enemy with Harith's 2nd Skill, hit them with an enhanced Basic Attack, then use his 1st Skill to chip away their HP.
